I applied online for the proximity to my house, they did not call me and I accepted another distant offer, when at the end of a month they called me for the interview in person, at the end of that week I was interviewed and received the offer in two days; I spoke with the director and she gave me two weeks to offer in the other work as a warning.

I replied to the ad on Indeed for the position and heard, within a few days, from Goddard via email. I interviewed via Zoom though heard through the grapevine that a lot of interviews were conducted in-person.

Fairly easy and quick. Tour of building was provided. I applied when I got there and talked with multiple administrators about the job, pay, benefits, schedule, etc. Interviewed with the owner and director.
