I spoke to the director and assisted a lead teacher for an hour. I was not a very many questions, it was mostly about my interaction with the other teachers in the children. I was given the job same day.

It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
