I had one interview, in person at the school with the director. It lasted about forty five minutes. You have to fill out a long paper application beforehand. I would recommend getting there early to do this.

I replied to the ad on Indeed for the position and heard, within a few days, from Goddard via email. I interviewed via Zoom though heard through the grapevine that a lot of interviews were conducted in-person.

Fairly easy and quick. Tour of building was provided. I applied when I got there and talked with multiple administrators about the job, pay, benefits, schedule, etc. Interviewed with the owner and director.
