The interview process was very easy. They love to learn about who you are and your philosophy of children and childcare. Then you go to visit your potential class and get a feel of it and the teacher you may be working with.

Fairly easy and quick. Tour of building was provided. I applied when I got there and talked with multiple administrators about the job, pay, benefits, schedule, etc. Interviewed with the owner and director.
