Had two interviews. Started with a phone interview and then in person. Very friendly and welcoming. Was more of a conversation than question after question. Saw the school after the interview and all of the classrooms looked clean and teachers were engaged.

I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
