Even though they reached out to me through Indeed, I applied, and then they asked me to come for an interview…they were confused about me showing up and spent several minutes looking for my resume. They did not seem interested in reading it and said that my childcare experience was not relevant despite me being a nanny AND working in a daycare for several years.

Interview process was easy and there were two different stages. The first was a phone interview and they respond very quickly for a follow up in-person. They ask you questions about experience, teaching style, and some of your future goals.

Short and not what I was looking for in terms of paying. Under pay and long hours of work. Hourly pay and vacation time by hours worked. To work with kids should be less hours and a better pay.
