Went down to their centre for interview with founder and another senior therapist. Was asked some basic questions and they were very informative about the job. Interview lasted less than 30 minutes.

Two interview steps. First interview: Questions. Second Interview: Practical (with a child). They seemed really friendly and understanding, took in my concerns with overworking some hours and needing to serve my previous company's notice.
When having received the contract, it's like they didn't care about the fact that I had a notice + I want to do only specific working hours. Seems like they pretended to care. Very VERY strange contract, very weird. 5 k bond for whatever nonsense, there isn't any proper training with their bs. They didn't even answer to my veryyy basic questions in regards to their programme, just trying to push me to sign the contract. MANNNNYYY RED FLAGS! and I am glad I didn't onboard.
