I was referred to this job through the organisation with which I did my personal training level 2 & 3 course. After one or two emails back and forth I was invited to an in-person interview which consisted of an informal conversation with the manager and assistant manager.
One to one with management, then practical in-person to show knowledge and skills. Paper on your plan for your PT business. Tour around gym and meeting other members of staff
