I have applied on New Year's Eve and was actually interviewed only 2 months after. I did not get any confirmation email and actually forgot what position I had applied for when the interview time had come.
The interviewer was very friendly.

The interview with HR and line manager was fun and relaxed. It sounded like a conversation rather than an interview. I knew about the interviewers almost as much as they knew about me during the interview. There were a few questions on technical stuff but not much, quite easy and straightforward.

Many stages and rounds, company wants to see fit and suitability for department chosen. Spans over several months, quite a bit of waiting time between rounds but it is understandable because there are many applicants.
