I was recruited by an HR employee through Linkedin. After a phone screen with HR, I met with the hiring manager for coffee. Next I met with another member on the team and was offered the job the same day. The process was very quick and easy and they kept me informed the whole way through. It took less than a month from start to finish and probably would have been quicker if the schedules aligned better.
