It was a straight forward process. I had an Initial phone interview, followed up with a 1 hour in person interview. I had the opportunity to interview one on one with both the senior and vp underwriters for the line. The conversation was great and I had a strong feel for the culture/what it would be like to work apart of this team. Great experience overall.

Description which started the interview based on “background check” with empathy based on being African American. Super disrespectful and took weeks to hear back which was ghosted ultimately. A month later they hired a kid out of college with zero experience.

I received an email from a Recruiter to set up a phone interview. The Recruiter then proceeded to ignore me. I made several attempts to schedule an interview with the recruiter, and to this day, never received a response. This was incredibly disappointing and very, very, unprofessional. This experience does not leave a good impression with Hanover. I will not apply there again.
