I got the opportunity to interview after meeting with an HR representative and giving her my resume at my university's career fair. The interview process consisted of first a 30 minute meet with 2 different HR representatives at the university itself. Then I made it through to the next round which took place on the Hanover Campus in Worcester, Ma. I was with 3 other candidates for the day. They gave us all a tour and we had a very simple skills test which took no longer than 40 minutes total, which was followed by a serious of 4 interviews totaling 2 hours. Almost all questions were behavioral based and asked about past experience. The hardest question was, "What is something unethical that you have done and how did you deal with the situation?" Takes a good BS'er to answer this one and still look promising afterwards.

My interview was a one on one interview. It was about 45 minutes long. Typical Generic behavioral questions: tell me about a time when... Not too difficult. Make sure that you are able to answer generic behavioral questions. Make eye contact.
