Two rounds of phone interviews (one with a recruiter and one that's a skills assessment) and then an in person interview at the Hartford. First round is very low-key, next two rounds get increasingly harder. The in-person interview involves a group assessment and a presentation. However, they do not notify you if you are not accepted.
