I took a math/verbal skills test. Basically an easier version of the SATs. I never heard how I did but they told me my score was good enough for an in person interview. I went to the office and I interviewed in front of two people. I was asked about 5 - 8 life or business situation questions. They were interested in hearing stories of potential conflicts and how I was able to resolve the issue. I believe they were testing my experience and maturity level. The day after the interview I was hired.
