I thought the interview process was great at first. I had a phone call with someone from the talent department/HR. Then I had a call with the two managers I would be reporting to directly, I thought the call went absolutely wonderful. I was told I would hear back soon. Its now been well over a month, with zero word from the company still on the job. Mind you, I did also follow up with them after the interview, but still, crickets. Word of advice, give potential employees the same respect and curiosity you expect from them.
