Email requesting interview was poorly written, filled with errors and typos and required taking a "typing test" and basic excel test. They communicated the employees work a minimum of 50 hours/week Required to answer 15 questions including time-consuming problem solving. The tone of the message was disrespectful. I chose not to participate

it was an interview where I asked asked hard, but insightful questions that intrigued me. I felt that it was a place that I could contribute to. There was a lot that needed to be done and my position had not existed before.
