Easy. they called me in for an interview, asked me some pretty basic questions about my job history and availability and offered me a job on the spot. We also did all my onboarding in the same meeting. I was prepared for a more formal interview, but it was super easy. I think if I walked in and didn't say a word they would hire me.

just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
