The interview was pretty straightforward. The hiring manager asked scenario based question dealing with the customers. Take this opportunity explain the issues and how you were able to resolve it.

Simple, just asked general questions. applied the STAR method to resolve the prompts. One question involved if I knew/used SOPs in the past which are standard operating procedures. Another question was similar to how to prioritize tasks at hand!
