Colloquio
I applied online and was contacted within a week for my phone interview which was pretty quick nothing major. Then was told that I had to schedule my 1:1 interview. After I set up my interview I had a one on one with the FES who was pretty cool and asked the usual questions of "Where was your last job?", "How would you respond to an unhappy customer and/or co-worker?", "Name a time where you had to deal with an angry customer" and etc. After the interview went well I received a call about a month later saying they would like to go to the next step which is the background and drug test. And it took almost two weeks to get a callback after they came in. Even though this is the longest hiring process I've ever encountered, I don't know whether it was the same for everyone because I told a fellow co-worker about it and she was even surprised. So who knows. I am now training and I love the atmosphere so far everyone is nice and very helpful. Home Depot is serious about their customer service and making sure their employees are a great representation of their company values, which I love.

just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
