You meet with the ASDS and Store Manager. ASDS approves or disproves if you continue to the next step. After meeting with that person, you meet the assistant store managers. After them, you meet one on one with the store manager. The SM gives the ultimate decision and tells the ASDS to send you off to complete a drug test.
