My last interview was to transfer to another state. I applied and interviewed at several stores in the area. They had access to my personnel file along with my Sales per Hour report so there wasn't a whole of questions asked. Went with the first store that offered. When I first applied to Home Depot I did it online. They called me the next day to set up an interview. Passed my drug test and was offered a position.

In person, very friendly. Enjoyed the. Experience. Showed me around and were very nice. Made me feel very comfortable. The manager interviewed me himself. Made me feel like part of the team before I even started.
