I found the job announcement on the Home Depot website. Applied and received an email right away with the next steps to take. I then received a call to answer questions and a few days later an over the phone test of my second language skills (Spanish). I was asked a series of tools to translate to English and vis versa to Spanish. With in the week the HR rep called me to set up an interview. Interview was very basic and straight forward as most retail jobs would ask. Tell me about yourself? Why should we hire you? etc. Also scenario questions about how you would deal with a troubled customer and/or fellow employee. Over all very easy I would say. I was offered the job on the spot and told when I would start.

They give you a call and do a phone interview, then they set up an in store interview, you get called again to have an interview with the store manager
