Very easy. I submitted my resume and within a week I got a call. I went in for some tests and an interivew and filled out a job application onsite. I had to give them permission to do a background check and they gave me paperwork to have a drug test done. At the initial interview they asked a few questions and hired me on the spot. Though I was hired it wasn't official because of the pending drug test and background check.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
