Scheduled for an interview face to face for three days after. Once in the interview, they have you sign a background check waiver before any questions are asked.

Was interviewed by an AM - he was very personable. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. He was super nice and interweaved personal and professional questions. It was a great interview experience overall.
