Hired to sell kitchen refacing, garage and home organization systems. One sit interview after a pelim at a job fair. The job fair is posted locally and they hiring managers wear their standard orange aprons. Basic question are asked while manager fills out a survey. You are asked if it is ok to work commission only and the briefly look over your resume. Simple questions are asked like why Home Depot and tell me about your sales experience. No question was a surprise. Very basic.
