I filled out an application online. About a week later, I received an call from one of their call centers. An automated phone system asked me a few yes-or-no questions, and then transferred me to a live agent who gave me a brief overview of the position and its required qualifications. Then she asked me a few open-ended questions. Two weeks later, I received a call from my local Home Depot asking me to come in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the store manager who went through my resume, asked me to describe my previous work experience, and then asked a few situational questions ("Tell me about a time when you ..."). He then told me he will call me by the end of the week if he is interested in hiring me, but I never got a call.

In the interview process, you must come 15 minutes early and have a proper I.D, you must wear casual or appropriate clothing. You must answer questions truthfully about your personal info and availability.
