Terrible!! The recruiter was a "no show" and/or ghosted me. I reached out to her via email and LinkedIn and silence. Sharing my experience with a neighbor who works for an influential employer here in Atlanta and she told me Home Depot has a terrible culture. I would say that my experience is a window into what it's like to work at HD. Good ridance.

I had my first interview with an HR DM ( shortlisting interview) The process was well organized and easy. The person who ran the interview was unprofessional and rude-she turned off her camera after the introduction part and I had to talk to a black screen. She turned her camera back on to answer my questions, but was talking while biting her finger nails (nonstop to the end of interview) I had a prompt to decline the next stage of the interview right there, but wanted to see if she would get back to me. She did, one day after she said she will. The process and the questions were fine, but not the person who was representing the company.

I passed the screening and their online assessment and was advised the hiring manager would reach out. No one ever did, not even the recruiter to share with me I was no longer in the running.
