A 5 stage interview process where the first 3 rounds only qualify you with the company and position, only after that are you actually applying to a specific role in a specific department. The first three rounds can take a month or more so the specific role you apply for may disappear while you get qualified.

How do you use customer feedback to shape the product roadmap?
Screening interview with a recruiter, behavioral interview with a mid-manager, and a case interview. After passing case interview your results are good for six months and you can skip the first three interviews if you are selected for a role-specific interview.
