Interviewed for a position last year at the Knoxville, TN, and the guy interviewing me wrote me off from the get-go likely because I’m a tiny woman. I told him about being a recent homeowner and being extremely interested in home improvement. It was the most one-sided interview I’ve ever had.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
