This interview is a Scenario based interview with questions about merchandising experience and background. First interview is at the Merchant level second interview is at the merchandising vice president level.

First interview was with HR, then with the hiring manager (online interviews). Then, I interviewed in person at a THD store with hiring manager and their boss. Very conversational. Discussed the relevant product category I was interviewing for. I was asked to look at the bay assortment and simply say what I thought and see where I thought improvements could be made.

I was asked to look at the bay assortment (actually in a store) and simply say what I thought and see where I thought improvements could be made. I was also asked about a particular product that was in development and what decision I would make about a particular design issue.
