The interview process was minimal. I think I got hired because they needed to fill positions fast. You talk to a manager for a few minutes and then you get drug tested. Very simple process. However, not every application goes through to a manager. Applications are screened by Atlanta first.

Very Easy interview process. Truly friendly managers and staff !!! All you need to do, is show confidence and enthusiasm and you are guaranteed to get a job. I initially applied for a position in the garden department, but ended in flooring. I was not the happiest at first, but it got better once I met the team.

Walked in, interviewed, received information about the position. Was told I would get a call back about the decision. The second interview was with a manager. After answering the question, "Why do you want to work at Home Depot?", I was offered a job.
