Pretty average interview. In no way was it intimidating. Interviewers were great. More of a conversation than just a question and answer situation. They seemed upfront and honest with their expectations.

Phone interview - caught off hard with the call and then was flustered.. would have liked to know ahead of the call. So I was prepared and available to take the call.
