The interview process includes a one-way video interview consisting of four questions that assess your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to articulate your experiences. After completing that portion, candidates move on to an interactive interview, where they respond to a series of simulated scenarios and questions.

I had a virtual interview with the nurse manager and district manager. I answered all of the questions they had for me. I thought the interview went well and I had more than enough experience for the position. They never returned my message and never got back to me about the position.
