The First Round is a Telephone interview With HR it is simple they just about you and your previous job experience etc. 2nd Round is a Technical Interview that is very particular to your skill set and the post you are applying for in my case was PHP so I was asked about PHP basics my projects and some scenario-based questions. 3rd round is easy it is just a simple talk with Teach lead or vice president or any higher position guy.
