Three total interviews: one phone and two in person. Relatively straightforward and not too technical. The interview process did take a long time as it took over 5 weeks total, to include each interview and additional screenings.

Fun and Creative. Nice people. Want you to succeed. In the meantime, review the material and prepare via practice test. In the case you don't have very much prior experience, try and be personable. People skills are a premium these days consider the focus on technology. Lots of techies out there, few people who really, really, have good people skills.
