A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and set up a phone screen. After talking with the recruiter I was told about a week later that the company I was applying for liked my resume and would send me a coding challenge. After 2 weeks I didnt receive a coding challenge and when I tried to follow up with the recruiter more than once, they ghosted me. I took the time to respond each time, and felt it was unprofessional after the recruiter being so persistent for me to apply and interview for this job to not get a response back.
