Smooth and easy, ensured i was comfortable throughout the whole process. Kind and friendly during the interview and asked about past work experiences and how I handle situations revolving around customer service.

not too bad they ask basic questions, most of them are nice just be yourself they'll love it, it's a bit of a long process but moves pretty fast, best time to apply will be during christmas
