I emailed them asking about the internship and after they explained the day-to-day operations asked me to come in for an interview. In the interview I was asked some questions about my experience in software and my experience at school.

The intern manager described the philosophy of the work place, and wanted to know how I would be beneficial for the work team. Then she asked me if I had any suggestions as to how I could improve the team, and if I had any further questions. We then discussed together, based on my CV and personal interests, which type of project i would be working on, and what I would have to research, if I got the internship. She showed me some archives, asked me to organize them ina certain way, asked me to complete a few computer tasks, to see if i fit the kind of applicant they were searching for.
