1. Online test to check technical competency (A difficult one, set by UK team at that time). The test could have been taken in domain of your preference. But now a days, that test is not conducted and the technical competence is also verified by a 1:1 technical interview.
2. F2F Interview.
3. Final Salary negotiation with directors (Now a days, with HR)
