The initial interview (can it really be called an interview?) is through an app called 'Hirevue' - where you are provided questions and have to record your responses via webcam. Your responses will determine whether they decide to continue communication or not. I did not complete the first interview; I couldn't get through talking to myself for 3 minutes...
