Email correspondence where they administer a timed online test. The test can with confusing incorrect instructions in the email where they say you have 10 minutes to read instructions and then 1 hour to complete, however there was an additional part of the test not described in the email. There were 3 documents you are supposed to do some formatting and editing of, but then there is a document that has its own instructions and time limit that asks you to answer several case scenario questions in depth. These instructions are not clear and misleading for the timed section.

Upset Linguist: As a PM you will need to be constantly in contact with our linguists. At times the jobs are done successfully and there are no issues. However, there may be an occasion where a linguist is upset about a situation and we need to handle it professionally and respectfully. Please read below the situation and let us know how you would respond to this situation. Write your response in an email format.
Linguist email on Tuesday afternoon:
Assignment: ASL Interpreting for Friday at 11AM from 11:00AM to 4:00PM. The Client cancelled the Monday before (4 days before the assignment).
Dear PM,
I am emailing you because of the interpreting cancellation. We had previously confirmed that I would be interpreting this Friday at 11AM but I received a call last night saying the assignment was cancelled! I had already turned down two other jobs for this one. Even if the assignment was cancelled I should be paid for my hours (if not more!). This is extremely unprofessional of you and I hope you do understand my situation.
Best regards
Linguist

The interview happened twice. The first time I thought it didn't go well, since they did not contact me back. Then, they asked for another one, in the same way. The interview finishes with my hiring, working hours and salary all discussed... but they never returned! Some months later they contacted me again asking for another interview. Completely lost.

The whole interview process was easy and straightforward. I was initially contacted by one of their recruiters but I never received their email. Then, their director of sales and marketing personally emailed me double checking if I ever got their email, which I am glad he did. I had one skype interview with him (since I lived in Indianapolis, IN at that time), where he explained me the nature of this job and gave a brief overview of the company. After that, I had two rounds of initial tests, which consisted of two sections: Project Manager duties (behavior and case scenarios questions) section and Quality Control section (checking the translation of foreign documents translated into English, where I did not have to know any foreign languages). My results happened to be good, so they offered paid trial remote work for one week. After that, they made me an offer, which I accepted. Moved to DC one month after.
