I applied and was contacted within an hour. The interview was scheduled at a time I had suggested, I got a confirmation over text. The morning before the interview I received a text message reminder, together with directions to the center. The Director greeted me at the door and showed me around the facility. She was friendly, passionate and talked highly of her current staff. Interview questions were as expected - experience level, expectations, desired start date etc.
