I submitted my resume then spoke to the VP via phone, after which they interviewed me onsite (including train tickets from and to PHIL and NYC). The interview was a reasonable length, everyone asked the expected questions and got to know each other, and I was able to talk to the other employees individually. They answered my questions honestly and wanted to help. I got a job offer a couple days later after following up the same day, and I am happy working there now.
