Easy and fun. General interview questions then role-play selling to a customer. One question that was asked in my interview was, "What does it mean to have good customer service?" The role-play was low-stakes and a good learning opportunity. Felt like coaching.
Interview was professional and simple. Discussed design ideas such as color templates and magazines used to inspire wardrobe with the clientele. Also discussed additional varieties of areas of inspiration for fashion and design such as nature and TV shows.

The interview process was great and a fast process during the holiday season. It can vary to be a one on one type or group but both are comfortable to do. Simple questions to answer.
