There are several rounds of interviews one must go through when applying at TLG. This is so you can get to know the company and they can get to know you to ENSURE that working together would result in a win-win for everyone. There is an initial interview, then a lengthier interview where you really get to learn about yourself in great detail (this was my favorite). Finally, a group interview where you meet other members of the team and engage in fun, honest conversation. Overall, a fantastic experience and intensely useful interview practice!
