Two phase, first is technical and second in your line manager and HR going through competence and behavioral questions. Take your time and ask for feedback during the meetings. Some really interesting questions in the technical interview, be prepared with good examples.

Two stage interview, looking for fit within the business and relevant experience. Friendly process and fair feedback. First was the manager and someone from resource and the second was a director and HR.
