Met with HR assistant and two clinical personnel, an R.N. and a unit supervisor, and I was asked to take a personality test after the interview. I was offered the job shortly after taking the personality test. Before starting, I had to pass a drug screen test, an FBI clearance check, and a child clearance check.

How do you feel about working with mentally ill people?

Basically there's an ethics test asking what you'd do in each situation such as: if a patient is in crisis what would you do? Other than that just a few basic questions about resume and some clearances must be completed if there is an offer.
