First, expect a 10-30 min conversation with HR covering your CV and other standard topics. Then comes the fun: you'll have a project to work on for 5 days, with the chance to present your work to the line manager. Finally, the top tier: a 1-2 hr meeting where you'll chat with the CEO and line manager.
