I was recruited by a staffing agency and interviewed for a direct-hire placement. Then I met with two sales managers at ATG Stores office. They were very friendly, and answered all my questions honestly and willingly. I've been to enough sales interviews to have lot of questions. They also asked me questions about my sales process that made me feel appreciated. My sales philosophy seems to fit with theirs; be a consultant to prospects and customers, rather than push for the hard sell.

I was referred by an employment agency. The process took 4 days total. I received my offer the same day of the interview. I met with one manager and he was very nice; he seemed to really care about me. I was then asked some questions but it did not seem like an interview at all.
