Phone screen, Zoom interview with an IT Director in Denver. In person interview with the leadership (President and VP of the two companies who were hiring) as well as the CIO. Interview was really geared toward fit with the company rather than IT knowledge. Was really about demonstrating experience with different situations and what my thought process is. Very comfortable and to the point.
